"My tabby boy Tige, began limping, then his foreleg and paw were noticeably swollen although he still climbed and jumped about normally. I had hoped it was just a minor insect bite, or a thorn, and would clear up on its own. This morning I woke to find him outside, laying under a bush. His breathing was rapid and his leg had ballooned even larger, and he seemed to be in pain. I called Christown Animal Hospital and Heather was able to get an appointment only 20 minutes away! I gathered him up in a transport carrier and arrived to find a clean building and two other patients. Within minutes we were in the examination room, and Heather gave him a check up while asking questions on his condition. His infection had opened up on its own, and he began putting weight on it. In a very short time, Dr. Sandhu arrived and began his own examination. After thoroughly checking Tige head to tail, he offered me options on treatments. I let him know that I'm living on tough times aka broke and was hoping for a cheaper alternative. He offered for me to care for Tige at home, wound cleansing and dressings, and also the proper antibiotics to help him heal. Overall, I'd say I've found a veterinarian who I will be doing business with in the future. I'm sorry that I went in expecting the worst from reading reviews, but in my opinion the hospital and staff are great people. Sure we all handle stress differently, from our fur babies in pain, to having a long line of patients in waiting and trying to be compassionate to all, but I believe they are awesome at what they do and are more than caring to their visitors. It's s not just about money, it about helping and for me, they did."

"Wonderful highly educated furry friend doctor! Made my family so happy tonight. Our 11 year old chihuahua has had a rough go of ongoing coughing spells. Thinking the worst and praying she made it through the night. He was easily able to diagnose her with heart failure, yes horrible but without the high cost of ‘additional-testing’. This is manageable with inexpensive medication allowing us more time with her. Just returned home and she’s got that sparkle in her eyes with zero coughing, finally relaxed. In and out all medications included less than 2 bills! Thankfully corporate America hasn’t found all the good Vets!"
